Preconception Package

The Preconception Package is designed for women who want to boost fertility in preparation for conception. This package combines hormonal health coaching and pelvic therapy to chemically and mechanically create a more favorable environment that allows conception to occur and pregnancy to thrive.
Hormones
Sometimes it can be difficult to get pregnant due to structural issues that prevent egg and sperm from meeting. This is referred to as mechanical infertility and can be linked to scar tissue in the abdomen and pelvis, inflammation in the pelvis that restricts blood and lymph flow between the reproductive organs, or structural/positional abnormalities that prevent that reproductive organs from functioning at their best. Mechanical infertility can also arise from the inability to tolerate adequate penetration needed for conception due to pelvic floor issues. This is where pelvic therapy comes into play. Dr. Brussee uses manual techniques (scar tissue mobilization, myofascial release, visceral mobilization, etc.), therapeutic exercises, nervous system regulation techniques, and other modalities to improve the structural positioning and mechanical function of the reproductive organs in order to boost fertility.
