Functional Fitness Classes
Functional fitness classes incorporate exercises that directly translate to everyday life activities. These full-body workouts combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional movements- burning calories and improving your functional body mechanics long after your 60 minute workout is finished.

Join our exciting and engaging Mommy & Me fitness classes designed specifically for moms with babies and toddlers aged 0-3 years old. This unique 45 minute class combines functional fitness exercises with the involvement of your little ones, making it a fun and interactive experience for both of you. Whether you're using your child as resistance for squats and lunges or encouraging them to participate alongside you, this class provides a fantastic opportunity to bond, stay active, and promote a healthy lifestyle for the whole family. Moms are also welcome to attend solo.

Fit-for-Life Classes
Fit-for-Life classes are designed for women ages 65+, or for any woman who prefers low-impact exercise. These 60 minute classes involve low-impact circuit-style training performed in seated and standing positions with minimal equipment. Functional movements are incorporated into these workouts, equipping women with strength and endurance to complete their everyday life activities with ease.
